Taylor Swift must be happy about her on-going romance with Calvin Harris, especially since her friends like her beau.
During her interview with Vanity Fair, the “Bad Blood” singer revealed that it is important her friends and Harris get along.
“SO IMPORTANT. Oh, it’s so important. In every friendship group, you’ve got one or two girls where you hear people say, ‘Oh, she’s so different around her boyfriend!'” she explained.
“I never wanted to be that girl. So that was a huge goal of mine: never ever become someone else for the sake of a relationship.”
Notably, after the singer went single for a year after dating Harry Styles (One Direction), Conor Kennedy (Robert F Kennedy’s son) and actor Jake Gyllenhaal, she focused her time on her friends.
“For the better part of 2012 and 2013, I did not go online, because I didn’t like what they were saying about me,” the “Shake It Off” singer revealed.
“And what ended up happening was I became happier than I had ever been before. I swore I would never ever get in another relationship if it meant changing who I was, or taking me out of that mode where my friends are everything to me.”
And it seems Calvin isn’t one to do that to Taylor.
While she maintains a “never have, never will” policy about discussing her love life, the young couple has been posting photos of themselves Instagram accounts, suggesting that their relationship is “getting serious.” Some photos even show Calvin hanging out with TS’ friends
