‘Street Fighter 5’ PS4 3GB Update Released; Turns to Beta Version 1.08

Your favorite “Street Fighter 5” gets a massive new update on the PlayStation 4 and you would need to free some serious space if you want to install this beta version.

Eventhubs has reported that the update will be a massive 3 GB one and it brings the beta version of the game to 1.08. Gamers rejoiced at the news and all eager to test the new beta version out soon.

The game will launch in Europe and North America on February 16, hence Capcom, the publishers of the game will be looking to prepare for a stress test online, according to gamespot. The game will launch on two platforms of the 16th of the next month, most likely to be on PlayStation 4 and PC. The game will also allow for cross-play between two platforms.

The last beta update had two characters Necalli and Laura, including 14 other characters. Rashid and F.A.N.G were other new characters added on previous updates.

You can check out all the new characters in Gamespot’s gallery. After the launch of the game, Alex, Guile, Ibuki, Balrog, Juri, and Urien are going to be released as new characters. All these characters can be earned from gameplay free of cost or you pay real world money if you need immediate access to them. North America will also have a pre-season 2016 Season Pass, for players who wish to use the players immediately.

For people who don’t know, Street Fighter V is a fighting video game produced by Capcom, which is co-developed together with Dimps. It carries on the side-scrolling fighting gameplay of its predecessors, in which two fighters use a variety of attacks and special abilities to knock out their opponent. The game has become hugely popular and the producers of the game have cashed in heavily from all the last four editions. The game runs of PS4, PC and even Linux.
