Fans eagerly awaiting the release of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” should read up. Rumors about the “Star Wars 7” new trailer have been doing the rounds for some time now and as it turns out the speculations have not amounted to much.

As reported by the iDigital Times, the release date for the “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” has again been wrongly guessed by the popular “Star Wars” website, Making Star Wars. While fans have seen the teasers flowing in, what most eyes are waiting for is the full official trailer of the movie.

Making Star Wars website has gotten their hands on a British Board of Film Classification for a “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” trailer which had the date September 11 under British registration. This news led many to believe that the full trailer will be out on the said date.

In more information shared by iDigital times, it appears that the “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” trailer registration was merely for the already-seen clip which is being added to the Blu-ray edition of “Avengers: Age of Ultron”.

Fans may have to wait a tad bit longer to witness the full trailer launch.

Meanwhile, in what happens to be good news for fans, the merchandise for the upcoming “Star Wars” movie will begin retailing on Friday at 12:01am

As reported by CNN Money, the event being called “Force Friday” will see “Star Wars” movie toys retailing in Disney Stores across New York City, Chicago and San Francisco. “Force Friday” will kick-start at midnight and the merchandise will also be made available at Toys R Us, Target and Walmart.

Fans can keep coming back for updates on the full trailer. The “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” will be hitting theaters on December 18.
