With Xperia Ultra C6, Sony intends to take on its rival smartphones in the market. It appears that the company is pulling all its strings to prove everyone that it will be smartphone unlike any other.

Apparently, photos of new Sony Xperia C6 Ultra was leaked that showed its supposed details, as per Android Community.

Leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer has spilled some beans regarding the upcoming Sony Xperia C6 Ultra. He claims that the device will be joining the new Xperia Z phone lineup this year.

According to Phone Arena, the Sony Xperia line received hardware updates following the controversy of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. It was accused that the processor got quickly overheated and it could damage the phone in the long run.

Nevertheless, Sony is still confident with its Xperia Line even after the unsuspecting drop. The company is ready to give us a new as well as advanced Xperia C6 Ultra.

While Phone Arena reported that the Xperia C6 Ultra will sport a 6-inch full-HD display and will be powered by a MediaTek octa-core MT6755 processor clocked at 1.95 GHz. The processor is coupled with 2GB RAM and a Mali-T860 graphics would be included. A 16GB of expandable storage will also be featured.

As for its camera, upcoming Xperia Sony smartphone will have a 20MP rear-facing camera which would be placed at the usual top left of the corner. While a 16MP front shooter is included with LED flash at the center of the front panel.

Unfortunately, the release date for the Xperia C6 Ultra is not divulged yet. It is expected that the device will be launched in a short while as the Xperia C5 has already been released.
