Sofia Vergara Wedding Dress, Date & Ring: Everything You Need to Know

Sofia Vergara remains mum about the details of her upcoming wedding but gave out some hints on how it will look like.

The “Modern Family” star wore several wedding gowns for the fall cover of Martha Stewart Weddings magazine and also talked about her wedding plans with fiancé Joe Manganiello.

Vergara and the “Magic Mike XXL” star dated for six months before they got engaged in December 2014.

The couple has yet to make any announcement on the nuptial date. However, International Business Times noted that Sofia and Joe are expected to get married this November at Palm Beach Florida.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Sofia said it would be a destination wedding.

“I want all the people from Columbia and South America and from Europe to be able to make it to the wedding and Los Angeles is very far away from everything,” she said.

E! News reported that the couple also sent out their wedding invites last week.

Vergara remains silent on the details of the dress she will be wearing down the aisle. But she told Martha Stewart magazine said she would stick to her signature look of flowing wavy hair, smoky eyes and dark tinted lips.

“Your wedding is not the time to try new things — you’re going to have these pictures forever,” she said.

Sofia added, “I’m going to wear my fragrance, Sofia, because Joe loves it!” And also mentioned that she wants a wedding where all their guests will have fun.

Sofia’s cover on Martha Stewart’s magazine was shot at the Virginia Gardens in Beverly Hills, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Among the courtier wedding dresses the “soon-to-be bride wore were the Chantilly lace wedding dress by Rosa Clara, a traditional mesh, lace and tulle Celestine Agostina gown and a Monique Lhullier lilac dress with floral embroidery,” the IBTimes noted.

Notably, Sofia stood out in a traditional bridal strapless Marchesa ball gown that featured tulle and floral appliqués.

The Martha Stewart Weddings 2015 Fall issue will be available on iPad Aug. 28 and on newsstands Aug. 31.
