Is Charlena happening or what? Selena Gomez and Charlie Puth recently collaborated on a single and now Puth is yelling profanities at Gomez’s ex.

Puth was performing in Dallas on Friday night and while performing his single “We Don’t Talk Anymore”, he yelled “F*ck you, Justin Bieber” drawing cheers from the crowd, E! News reports.

The moment was on video captured and posted on Twitter by Texas fan Allie Twist. He sang the lyrics, “Don’t wanna know what dress you’re wearing tonight / If he’s holdin’ onto you so tight / The way I did before / I overdosed / Shoulda known your love was a game / Now I can’t get you out of my brain,” before name dropping Bieber.

Puth later apologized on Twitter then deleted the tweets afterwards.

The tweets said, “What I said at the concert last night about Justin was meant to be a joke. However…That way it was said mid song did not sound like one. I am a massive @JustinBieber fan and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his music always.”

Hollywood Life got an unverified source saying that even though Puth didn’t originally write the song about Gomez and Bieber, talking to Gomez put things into perspective and he realized the song fit perfectly.

“He has since seen that the song is basically all about everything Justin and Selena went through. The dress line in the duet is a reference to ‘Good For You’ as well to add some more smoke to the fire. All the things that she told Charlie in the collaboration process about Justin really stuck, and Charlie is siding with Selena’s part of the story. The diss was going to be said eventually, Charlie knew he was going to say it at some point because Selena’s emotions really spoke to him. He doesn’t like Justin and he certainly doesn’t like the games he played with Selena,” the source said.

In an interview with Seventeen Magazine Puth reveals that he has a crush on Gomez.

When asked about the crush, he answered, “I mean… who wouldn’t? Once you get to know her, it’s a little different. She has a really sexy voice, that’s why I wanted her to go on the song.”
