An Alabama Middle school teacher is suspended after conducting a maths quiz on sex and drugs. Last month the teacher gave her students a maths quiz that involved drugs, guns and prostitution.

Joanne Bolser , a teacher from Burns Middle School handed out a 10-question maths quiz on sex and drug to her eight–grade class. However, she found herself in trouble when one of her students took a picture of the quiz with a mobile and sent it to his mom. Bolser is an experienced teacher who was supposed to retire this year, according to Mail Online.

The quiz which is known as the “L.A. Math Test,” is available in online for years and  it is considered as a joke.  The quiz features words like pimps, cocaine and gangs, which are regarded as problematic. It also has other questionable topics.

One of the questions read, “Tyrone knocked up 4 girls in the gang. There are 20 girls in his gang. What is the exact percentage of girls Tyrone knocked up?”

Another read, “Dwayne pimps 3 ho’s. If the price is $85 per trick, how many tricks per day must each ho turn to support Dwayne’s $800 per day crack habit?”

Erica Hall, who received the picture of the quiz on sex and drugs from her son, said that initially the students thought that it was a joke, but then the teacher instructed them to complete the quiz.

The school director of administration Rena Philips said, “The principal looked into it and then our school resource officer investigated it and then we immediately put the teacher on administrative leave.”

According to CBS NEWS, school superintendent Martha Peek stated that she could not say much about the incident as it is a personal issue and she has very little detailed information. But she confirmed that the moment the nature of the controversial quiz were reported the teacher was suspended.
