Almost a month ago, Android Marshmallow updates were rolled to Galaxy Note 4. This brought several advanced features and it improved OS. The update also improved the touch screen functionality. The TouchWiz was revamped and it got faster and smoother navigation.

With this new feature, users can simply use the S Pen Stylus to scribble a note on their Galaxy Note 4, without having turn on the device. After users end their note or sketch, it can be saved or discarded.

When you install Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, the Galaxy Note 4 should host the screen-off memo, but sometimes users will have to enable the function, notes Tech Times.

Users can go to the “Settings” menu and find the “S Pen” section, then swipe down till you can find the “Screen off memo” toggle. Later users will have to check the box next to it. Nevertheless, Android Marshmallow has more new features, such as Google Now on Tap. This feature works by foresee your requirements and catering to them straight away. By just a tap, users can have access to cards that has useful information. It also brings you knowledge-rich apps.

Another feature of Doze is introduced, which acts as a battery life extender. While users don’t use their smartphone it goes to Doze mode. This feature optimizes the background processes and puts them into a sleep state. Thus, users can save a significant part of its power juice.
