Rob and Chyna Premiere: Baby Gender Reveal Highlights

Blac Chyna

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are having a baby girl! The baby’s gender was revealed in the new E! reality series titled Rob and Chyna, a spin-off of the wildly popular Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

On Monday’s premiere of Rob and Chyna, Rob Kardashian makes his full comeback into the reality TV scene. He has disappeared from the family’s reality show for several years, and his fans are finally able to catch a glimpse back into his personal life. Rob’s re-emergence is largely credited to his pregnant fiancee, Blac Chyna.

“I’m pretty nervous, I’m excited. I really want a boy, says Rob, in a clip shared by E! Online. He sits beside Chyna in the doctor’s clinic as she gets a sonogram. “There we, go, you are having…a girl!” reveals the doctor. Chyna looks at Rob with a stunned face, while Rob just looks disappointed.

Rob soon gets over his initial disappointment and expresses his happiness that his baby appears to be healthy. “It’s an emotional moment. Me wanting to have a boy, it definitely stems from my dad but I’m sure I’ll have the same relationship that I had with my father with my daughter,” he said.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan would have to wait a little bit longer for a male child to continue the Kardashian family name. So far, even with the Kardashian kids producing six offspring, none of them will be carrying the Kardashian name. Kourtney’s three kids carry the Disick family name. Kim’s kids are named North West and Saint West, both taking their father’s last name.

Rob is the only male Kardashian child. His daughter will be a Kardashian, but her children also stand to carry their father’s name in the future. At this point, the Kardashian family name appears to be in danger of getting cut off in the next generation.
