After the man behind the Voice was revealed in episode 20, “Quantico” Season 1 episode 21 spoilers teased that the twists are not letting up just yet. With just two episodes left for the current run, reports are claiming that more answers will be revealed about Alex Parish and the rest of the NATs.
Warning: spoilers ahead!
As fans already know, it was already revealed in last Sunday’s episode that Drew was responsible for manipulating Alex and Shelby into putting pieces of evidence on Ryan’s laptop, as well as driving away the nuclear bomb Will had built. As Entertainment Weekly reported, the next episode will shed more light on Drew and will focus on the whys and hows of his actions.
As showrunner Joshua Safran teased, fans will “know everything” before the season ends. “Before the finale, you’ll learn who [attacked New York], and in the finale, you’ll learn why and how,” he said.
Safran also teased that episode 20 will be “the last true Quantico episode” because it will feature the NATs training in the present timeline. Apart from the answers waiting to be dished, “Quantico” Season 1 episode 21 will reportedly have “another attack” as hinted by its official synopsis as published by Carter Matt:
“The NATS are excited that graduation is near as they prepare to leave Quantico and head out into the real world for their new assignments. In the future, Alex learns someone she cared about at Quantico is not who they seemed to be, as she finds herself at the heart of another possible attack.”
Entitled “Closure,” episode 21 will not fall short of the action expected from the hit TV series. Exclusive set photos for the next episode have already been shared online through KSiteTV.
As for the season finale, Safran assured that fans will not be left hanging. “I’m not a fan of cliffhangers,” he explained. “We’re not leaving anyone’s life in the balance.”
