December is indeed a happy month. As we head towards the holiday vacation and Christmas, we keep speculating the list of free games available in the first month of next year for PS Plus subscribers. So, which games are you expecting on January 2016?

December list of free games have been already released earlier in the month and we are almost done with the excitement for this month. Renewed enthusiasm soars up for next month’s release. Lest to say, fans are expecting something really big.

As per Vine Reports, “January will have even bigger and better titles for the PS3 and PS4.”

If rumors are to believed, there are much speculations suggesting the release of “Batman: Arkham Origins” and even “Dark Souls 2” to be made available for PlayStation 3 as well as “Borderlands” and “Borderlands 2” on PS Vita and PS3 consoles.

PlayStation Lifestyle Europe Blog Manager Fred Dutton took on the official Playstation lifestyle blog to comment on the January 2016 Playstation Plus list of Free Games. He states that Sony wont be revealing the list so soon and the announcement will come not before Dec. 30.

“Things can change right up to the wire, so I’m reluctant to give a firm date. But at present, yes, the intent is to have the news for you mid-next week,” Dutton revealed.

He further adds, “After they’re announced, the January 2016 PS+ titles will go live in the PlayStation Store on Tuesday, January 5.”

The Gospel Herald predicts the release of “Remastered” and “Senran Kagura Shinobi Versus.” Playstation Vita users can expect the Japanese action role-playing game, “Freedom Wars”, to be made available to them.
