Prince Harry had probably the most awkward moment of his life when he was asked during a TV interview if he would like to marry former US President George W. Bush’s daughter.
In an interview with Jenna Bush-Hager for NBC’s Today show, the former presidential daughter blatantly told the Prince that her twin sister, Barbara, was “available” if he wanted to date her.
Bush-Hager added that like Harry, her sister adores children and is currently single.
“Does it make you laugh people are already asking about children? It’s sort of jumping ahead?” Bush-Hager asked the UK Prince. Harry replied: “I have no idea. I don’t even have a girlfriend.”
Bush-Hager then said: “You know what, I have a single sister and she feels the same way. Listen, she’s available!” The 31-year-old Prince laughed and said: “We can talk maybe off-air.”
The NBC correspondent added she already gave her sister the “heads up” about what she would tell the Prince and that her sister was “humiliated”. After the interview, Bush-Hager joked that she should call him “brother-in-law Harry”.

Bush Hager had an interview with Princess Diana‘s youngest son after the start of the Invictus Games in Orlando, Florida, the Telegraph reported. The Prince founded Invictus Games while Barbara Bush is also involved in the same humanitarian causes. She started the Global Health Corps, a health and human rights organisation.
Coincidentally, Prince Harry also met Barbara’s parents, former President George W. Bush and his wife Laura, at the start of the Invictus Games on Sunday, Mail Online noted.
Meanwhile, in a separate interview with The Sunday Times, Prince Harry explained how he will handle the situation if he found the one for him.
“If or when I do find a girlfriend, I will do my utmost to ensure that me and her can get to the point where we’re actually comfortable with each other before the massive invasion that is inevitably going to happen into her privacy. The other concern is that even if I talk to a girl, that person is then suddenly my wife, and people go knocking on her door.”
Prince Harry’s last relationship was with Cressida Bonas but the pair broke up in 2014.
