Ashley Benson is noticeably missing from the official key art for Pretty Little Liars Season 7. Although fans are already aware that Benson’s character, Hanna, was kidnapped at the end of Season 6, does this mean she’s going to die?
E! News reports that Freeform has debuted new sneak peeks of Pretty Little Liars season 7 in the form of photos from the season opener including the official key art that revealed Hanna’s absence. In fact, the hashtag #SaveHanna trended online and loyal viewers of the show have become ever more curious to find out where she is.
Freeform released the following synopsis for the summer premiere of Pretty Little Liars season 7:
“After Hanna’s shocking abduction by ‘Uber A,’ the PLLs and company desperately race against the clock to save one of their own. The only way to do this is by handing over evidence of Charlotte’s real murderer to ‘Uber A.’ In order to do so, the girls must decide what blatant lines they are willing to cross that they have never breached before; and once they cross that line, there is no turning back.”
Pretty Little Liars season 7 will not feature the death of Ashley Benson’s Hanna. In fact, it has already been confirmed that the character will live until the final episodes of the hit Freeform TV series.
According to TV Line, “Hanna’s not dead.” The site went on to explain that the fact that the teaser showed the Liars looking for Hanna means there’s a huge possibility that she’s still alive.
Not to mention, Hanna is one of the main characters in the hit TV series and she’s also been on the show since day one so it’s highly unlikely that she will be killed off in Pretty Little Liars season 7.
Catch the summer premiere of Pretty Little Liars season 7 on Tuesday, June 21 at 8pm/7c on Freeform.
