Everything seems to be going wrong for Jose Mourinho. After a humiliating 2-1 loss against Leicester at King Power Stadium, Chelsea bosses are discussing Mourinho’s future with the Club.

Chelsea will take on Sunderland in their own backyard at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, Dec. 19, in their English Premier League campaign starting 3 PM GMT.

Under fire coach Mourinho has criticized his own players for not playing upto their potential and seemed disappointed with the team’s ethic. With the recent situation of the club, several names have been thrown in the air as to who may takeover his spot.

According to Standard UK, Pep Guardiola has been linked with Chelsea an ample number of times already but nothing was confirmed officially. Chelsea began to draw contingency plans to replace the Portuguese coach and rumors are strong that Guus Hiddink could be the one to replace him.

The defending Champions are looming at the end of the EPL table and their performance has been quite a contrast to last year. As per the Goal, Chelsea are favorites to win the match against Sunderland but given their current form anyone can upset them.

The Major League Soccer quotes, “No one could’ve predicted that the Blues would be 16th, almost halfway through the season, nor would anyone expect they’d be coming into a fixture they must win in order to quickly abolish the almost unthinkable question marks over the possibility of relegation.”

There is a definite need to revamp the side. A lot depends on the game tomorrow. Chelsea bosses are looking to decide the final fate of their current manager and a loss tomorrow could seal the decision not in favor of Mourinho.
