The world has been talking about the newest addition to Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s family but the two have not confirmed the pregnancy until now.

The Maroon 5 frontman confirmed the news on Saturday with an Instagram post with the caption, “My two favorite laker fans,” the caption is alongside with a baby, bottle and basketball emojis.

The Instagram photo shows the Victoria’s Secret angel flaunting her baby bump in a scalloped red bikini, lounging by the pool in a Los Angeles Lakers hat while flashing a peace sign for the camera.

A source close to the couple told People Magazine that the duo “is over the moon and wanted to take their time to let everyone know – it’s a private matter.”

Two weeks ago, the model was spotted looking radiant in an all-black casual workout gear, wearing her hair down loose and going makeup free in a photo published in USWeekly.

The website added that the married couple is “over the moon” at the development.

Behati and Levine tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Mexico in July 2014. The two made it clear that they both wanted a big family.

Prinsloo even told Net-a-Porter that she had a “definite” plan to have children with Levine.

“I have no expectations. Not in a bad way, but I’ve learned that you can’t plan ahead. I live day by day and see what happens. It’s vague, but I like it that way,” she told the magazine then.

Meanwhile, the singer discussed his plans on having children during an interview with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS FM “we’re definitely going to do it.”

“I want to have 100 kids. I want to have more kids than would be socially responsible.”

The two lovebirds still make it work despite their busy schedules. Prinsloo just made an appearance to promote Victoria’s Secret swimwear range recently as well as efforts to promote her collaborations with brands such as Juicy Couture, Josie Maran and Alexander Wang.

Meanwhile, Levine is in South America doing a series of concerts where the rocker even celebrated his birthday alone.
