‘Painted’ by MS MR Tops Triple J Hit List


Triple J has released its hit list of the most played tracks as well as the songs that listeners will be hearing on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s radio station in the week of April 27, 2015. Some of the tracks and artists included in the Triple J Hit List are “The Thrill” by Nero, “Ship To Wreck”­ by Florence + The Machine and “In this Together” by Art Vs Science. “Painted” by New York- based American tops the Triple J Hit List for the week of April 27, 2015. It bumped off “Every Kind Of Way” by The Jungle Giants which was the number one single during the week of April 20, 2015. “The Buzz” by Hermitude featuring Sydney jazz vocalist Mataya and New Zealand vocalist Young Tapz, shot up to second place for this week. It was on the fifth spot for the previous week.

“Foolish” by Alpine went up a spot from number four to its current position at number three. Meanwhile, “The Thrill” by Nero went down from the third spot last week to the fifth spot this week. “Ship To Wreck,” by Florence + The Machine from their highly anticipated album “How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful,” remains on the sixth spot. Likewise, “Loud Places” by Jamie xx featuring Romy stays on its previous position at number seven.

“Forces” from electronic artist Japanese Wallpaper took a step down from the eighth place to the ninth spot.
