US officials released Orlando shooting gunman Omar Mateen’s 911 calls’ details on Monday. These not only reveal the whole story behind the incident, but also indicate more planned attacks in future.

The FBI have disclosed the conversations made between Mateen, the emergency services and police negotiators following the commencement of the attack on the gay nightclub “Pulse.” The June 12 shooting claimed the lives of 49 while several injuries were recorded. “I’m in Orlando and I did the shootings,” the shooter said in a 911 call that he made half an hour into the three-hour siege. “I pledge allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi of the Islamic State.”

“I’m in Orlando and I did the shootings,” the shooter said in a 911 call he made half an hour into the three-hour siege. “I pledge allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi of the Islamic State.”

Earlier, FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Ron Hopper claimed that the names of the individuals involved in the attack would not be revealed. However, just hours after the claims made by him, the feds released the hidden text.

During the attack, Mateen indicated that he had links with ISIS leader for whom he was committing the terror acts. NBC News reported that in the revelation made later, Mateen and ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi have been named.

“Unfortunately, the unreleased portions of the transcript that named the terrorist organizations and leaders have caused an unnecessary distraction from the hard work that the FBI and our law enforcement partners have been doing to investigate this heinous crime,” the statement read. “As much of this information had been previously reported, we have re-issued the complete transcript to include these references in order to provide the highest level of transparency possible under the circumstances.”

In one of the calls, Mateen accepted that he was an “Islamic soldier.” SBS Australia stated that he claimed that he wore an explosives vest outside the club ahead of the Orlando shooting, which was similar to the one used “in France.” What was more surprising was his warning about more of attacks in the near future.

“In the next few days, you’re going to see more of this type of action going on,” he warned authorities.
