The gossips about One Direction splitting up have been present since Zayn Malik left. The issue was fueled when the quartet announced their “indefinite hiatus” during their On The Road tour. Afterwards, the boys are rumoured to be heading on their separate ways. Half of the members, Liam Payne and Niall Horan speak up and address the issue.
Payne quickly denied the rumours, Inquistr wrote. “No, no, no! We just got nominated for two Brits,” the aspiring songwriter said. Meanwhile, the site noted that Horan would like to stick with the band through thick and thin. Watch the interview below:
The boys are also hopeful that their former member, Malik, will return to the group as well. Billboard was also optimistic about a reunion with the original members of One Direction. Should that happen, Directioners will be on the peak of bliss.
Malik left the band in March 2015 to pursue a solo career which has been successful. His latest song, titled “Pillowtalk,” reportedly surpassed every One Direction song in the charts. Despite that, Malik never shut down the possibility of performing with the boys again in the future.
Meanwhile, it has also been reported that Harry Styles secretly left the band to pursue stardom by himself. According to a previous article, the handsome lad currently attends voice lessons to improve his singing skills. Styles has not said anything about the rumour.
As for their personal lives, Louis Tomlinson is now a happy father to his son with Briana Jungwirth, Freddie Reign. The baby’s birth was surrounded by malicious gossips as well, as some 1D fans insist that he is not the father. Despite that, the singer announced his happiness to his followers on social media.
