Is this the end between One Direction heartthrob Liam Payne and his girlfriend Cheryl? A recent report revealed that she allegedly “eyes” Rihanna.

The duo was spotted supporting RiRi on her ANTI concert tour held at the Mandalay Bay Events Centre in Las Vegas a few days ago, reports IB Times. According to the online news, Cheryl could not take her eyes off the “Diamonds” singer while Payne has been giving full attention to her lady.

What happened next was a bit of unexpected, as the website went on to detail that the Girls Aloud alum was so smitten by Rihanna’s performance she did not notice that Payne was trying to “lean in for a kiss.”

The One Direction lad allegedly “looked a little crushed.” But is she trying to get Rihanna’s attention as well? Well, IB Times believes that she was just trying to give back the feeling of appreciation that she got when Rihana admitted that she has a crush on her.

“Cheryl Cole is…hot. I would just like to watch her work. Preferably cleaning things on the floor. Picking up stuff on the floor. Bending over,” Rihanna reportedly told Esquire, quotes the website.

Did they have a fight after the scenario? Well, the couple is yet to address that, but as far as the reports stated, the romantic flair between them just keeps getting stronger.

One Direction was about to be created when the couple first met. Payne auditioned for the “X Factor” where Cheryl was one of the judges.

While some of the critics think that their May-December love affair may not work, some people close to them believe otherwise. Payne’s cousin, Ross Harris, said that the two are getting along pretty well and they might end up tieing the knot.

“I don’t think their relationship is for publicity just because they’ve been seen holding hands and going to restaurants – unless they’re having fun with the media and fooling everyone, which would actually be quite funny,” Harris said, quotes another IB Times article.
