The Oculus Rift has its own advantages. It comes with a large install base as compared to the expensive HTC Vive. However both VR headset is connected to the Windows-powered PC, so you will have the widest array of software and games of any of these three headsets.
Among all three VR headset, HTC Vive is the most expensive one. This makes sense as it comes with full body tracking along with the headset and the PC. Users would also require Valve’s excellent wand controllers that create immersion of these three options.
However, when compared to Oculus Rift, Vive have a smaller install base. That means it could have little fewer games to play however it offers a wide variety of games. But still the Oculus Rift wins in this terms of sheer variety. The Vive also offers some of the best multiplayer experiences.
Unlike other VR headset, Sony’s Playstation VR headset supports PS4. Users who want to deviate from the PC gaming this one is for them. Moreover, its is the cheaper amongst the three VR headset.
