With the number of leaks and rumored information about the upcoming Nexus 6 2015 and Nexus 5 2015 doing the rounds, an entire spec sheet could be filled out with no information missing. As Google’s September 29 event inches closer, more details are surfacing about the Nexus lineup which is expected to be unveiled on the day.
Fans are probably expecting to see two Nexus devices being launched this year, one being the Huawei Nexus 6P and other, the LG Nexus 5X. It is known that the former will be a larger variant with a 5.7-inch display, while the other will sport a 5.2-inch screen.
While we have already seen the leaked images of the LG Nexus 5X shared by Android Pit, fans can now take a peek at the phablet sized Huawei as well.
Android Police has got it hands not only on the leaked images of the Nexus 6P, but also of the packaging it will come in. The site has also revealed that the Nexus 6P may be seen shipping in shades of white, aluminum, black and gold. The device may house a Snapdragon 810 SoC, sport a USB Type-C port and arrive in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB versions.
Android Police also confirmed that the two devices are indeed called the Nexus 6P and 5X, evidence being the leaked images of the boxes.
An earlier leak by Mr. Steve Hemmerstoffer, showing-off a back panel TPU case for the Nexus 6P and the image shared by Android Police seem like the perfect fit, further strengthening the fact that this model will indeed have a bump on its back, where the camera is embedded.
With the leaks increasing in intensity closer to the event, chances are there probably would be no surprises left at the Google event as far as the devices are concerned.
