Last year’s Motorola Nexus 6 would have arrived with a fingerprint scanner on the back as well, had the company found a good-enough supplier, as reported by Forbes. So, the idea of a Nexus phone possessing a rear fingerprint scanner has been around for much longer.
LG Nexus 5 2015 is rumored to feature 5.2.-inch Full HD screen, 3GB RAM, 2,700 mAh battery and come powered by Snapdragon 808 chip and may also possess a USB Type-C port.
Fans have also seen the leaked image of the Huawei Nexus 6 2015. The Chinese company will be manufacturing a Nexus device for the first time, while LG now happens to be a seasoned player.
The Huawei Nexus image indicating a protruding back had surfaced and fans got a good glimpse of what could be in the works as far as the phablet version of a Nexus phone is concerned.
Android Pit notes that the LG Nexus 5 should arrive at a price under US$400, but won’t be featuring a camera as good as the one on LG G4. However, with the announcements to be made this month, it won’t be long before fans will know what’s in the offering.
