Netflix ‘Ultimate Beastmaster’ Host Is Sylvester Stallone? Everything You Need to Know!

Netflix has announced the new “Ultimate Beastmaster” that will feature Sylvester Stallone. The series is going to be the toughest obstacle course competition ever.

Netflix is going to stream obstacle course races but this one is not for kids. Skillfully designed to challenge the best of athletes, it will be known as the “Ultimate Beastmaster.” Sylvester Stallone is the executive producer of the series and is in it. However, it is still unclear if he will host the challenges.

According to Movie Web, Netflix will make all the episodes available at the same time across all of its regions. No geo blocks here. Netflix is also keeping up with the current trend of having a short series. Hence, the “Ultimate Beastmaster” will just be a ten-part series and will choose winners each episode. The nine beastmasters will then compete in one finale for a chance to become the Ultimate hero.

The project is a big one, states The Hollywood Reporter. It includes six local versions featuring local languages, hosts and competitors from participating countries. The list consists of the US, Brazil, South Korea, Mexico, Germany, and Japan. Overall, the series will have 18 competitors from each country that totals to 108 participants. Each of the ten episodes will showcase 12 participants  (two from each country) pitted against each other on the toughest obstacle course ever. They naturally dubbed the course as “The Beast.”

“The invitation to partner with Netflix and mega-producer Dave Broome on this revolutionary concept was an opportunity I couldn’t resist,” said Sylvester Stallone, who also produces the show. “The world will watch in awe as amazing competitors from around the globe overcome grueling physical challenges – and in the process become champions and heroes. The course is unequaled in its daring creation and I am excited to be a part of it,” he added.

The “Rocky” actor executive produces the “Ultimate Beastmaster” along with Dave Broome (“Strong,” “The Biggest Loser”). 25/7 Productions will produce the series.
