NBA trade rumours are always the hottest ones. We just can’t stop speculating. As the NBA trade deadline is inching close to the end, we gathered some of the latest rumours making the rounds in the NBA fraternity.
What about Blake Griffin being traded away from the Clippers? Surprising enough? Well, if rumours are to be believed, the Griffin trading news is the talk of the town. According to the Inquisitr reports, Griffin might be traded away from the Los Angeles Clippers and head to the Trail Blazers.
Many think that he will remain in the Western Conference while others think that he will head towards the Eastern Conference. The source quotes, “There is the possibility that things could go in another direction if Griffin ends up traded, and he could go to the one of these teams in the Eastern Conference.”
“After the incident in which Griffin broke a bone in his hand due to punching a Clippers’ equipment manager, he is now out at least another two months. He’s been out already about two months due to other injuries and was close to returning, but now won’t get the chance just yet.”
These are just the projections of what might happen in the concluding moments of the NBA trade deadline. The NBA tradeline is on Feb. 18, notes Bleacher Report.
The Christian Post also lists some viable options for Blake Griffin and names San Antonio Spurs and New Orleans Pelicans as potential gainers from the trade.
According ESPN.com’s Brian Windhorst, the Cleveland Cavaliers might drop Kevin Love.
“You’d have to go a long way to convince me that we’re a better team winning in the Finals without a player like Kevin on our team,” general manager David Griffin said during an interview. “We’ve never once put together an offer involving Kevin, nor have we taken a call on an offer for Kevin.”
