Adele plans a music film to kick-off her world tour that starts in February. If plans push through, the Award-winning British singer can likely expect to break box office records also. To date, her songs continue to top music charts worldwide.

“There is huge interest in a feature film of Adele’s tour.” The source added, “it would undoubtedly be a huge box office hit around the world,” a source told the Daily Star Sunday.

“Adele has provisionally agreed to cameras filming her but she is unsure whether she will be able to cope as the tour drags on. She is incredibly private and is already suffering with nerves ahead of going on the road. But at the same time she is keen to document a part of her music legacy,” the source added.

There is speculation in the media that Sony Pictures and Paramount have expressed interest in a film featuring the singer on her upcoming concert tour. The proposed music movie follows the likes of Katy Perry’s “Part of Me” and One Direction’s “This is Us”.

Adele’s album “25” came out in November 2015. It sold over three million copies in just one week. US sales of the album reached 1.15 million in just three weeks. The music video for her song “Hello” from the album scored over 200 million views and counting.

In preparation for her world tour, the singer went on Twitter. She posted a shot of herself in the gym. She captioned it “getting ready…”.

In November 2015, various reports hinted at a possible acting debut for the singer in a Xavier Dolan film. Adele recently worked with the French-Canadian director for the music video of “Hello.” Neither Dolan nor Adele made an official comment about their possible collaboration on a major production.

However, Adele did mention during an interview on Kiss FM, “I’m sure I’ll get some flak for this but I actually would like to act.”
