Billy Ray may be playing coy about the rumoured Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth wedding but he is going to take part in it in whatever capacity, in the event it happens. In fact, he is willing to be the butler for that special day.
The country singer talked to E! News where he sort of confirmed the real score between her daughter and the Hunger Games actor. When he was asked whether or not the two are engaged again, the 54-year-old tried to dodge the question.
“Here’s what I do know. They’re so happy. That’s the main thing,” he said.
He then shared about his and Miley’s slogan, “If you ain’t happy, it ain’t working,” which hinted that things are doing great between the couple.
Billy Ray then said shared that in the event the much awaited Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth wedding happens, he will be supportive of the plan.
“If any of my kids decide that they’re gonna have a wedding of any kind, whatever role they want me to play, I’ll be there, you know what I mean?” he shared.
“They want me to be the butler—that’s fine. Whatever they choose. I might make a good preacher.”
News about the 23-year-old Wrecking Ball singer and the 26-year-old actor getting back together made the rounds earlier this year. They have been spotted together going on a vacation and bonding with his family in his home country Australia.
However, both have been mum about the real score of their relationship even amid rumours.
A few weeks ago, Us Weekly reported that the Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth wedding will take place in the land down under. It added that the singer and the actor’s family were talking about possible venues when she visited them in Byron Bay.
The Wrecking Ball songstress has also talked to a wedding planner to discuss details for her big day.
