After the break-up last 2013, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are back in each others company as friends.
Miley, who is a big supporter of pet adoption, helped Liam adopt a puppy from the Wylder’s Holistic Pet Center over the weekend. Liam dcided to take home the six-month-old female pooch right after Miley introduced them.
Miley thought that they’d make a perfect match.
“Miley sent him a ton of photos – Liam was asking for photos of the dog being held,” according to an Employee of Wylders told US Weekly.
“Liam got back from China and literally came right to Wylder’s to take the dog home. The dog is super gentle and sweet and took right to Liam, despite being afraid of men in the past.”
According to Hollywoodlife, Liam also bought pile of goods and made a donation for Wylders. He named the puppy Dora after Dora the Explorer, simply because it’s Liam’s nieces’ and nephew’s favorite program.
A photo of Liam Hemsworth and Dora was posted in Wylder’s Holistic Pet Center‘s Instagram account on the day of the adoption.
“Thanks @mileycyrus for loving dogs as much as we do!! You helped find this gigantic, 6 month old puppy a new home. @liamhemsworth you will give this deserving baby a great life!” As captioned in the Instagram post of Wylder.
Few days before Liam adopted Dora, the pet center also posted another picture thanking Miley for helping her find a home.
