Microsoft to Roll out Windows 10 Updates for Lumia 950, Lumia 950 XL

No doubt that Microsoft has been offering best operating systems and with Windows 10, the company has completed 40 years in the world of technology.

Over the years, the company had managed to obtain major in-roads in the world of technology, and the company has also started venturing into hardware market too. With Microsoft Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL, the company has found a perfect spot they need to be at. Thus, the firm has become a much bigger force than ever before.

Microsoft is rolling  out the Windows 10 mobile OS update for its flagship devices and currently, Lumia 95 and Lumia 950 XL received the firmware updates, notes The REM.

Forced HDR

The camera app has got better now. Lumia owners couldn’t take photos in the HDR mode in the past, but now the traditional “OFF” and “Auto” options in the HDR mode will have ‘On’ button. This would allow users to click HDR photos any time they want.

Battery Life

The battery life of the Lumia 950 and 950 XL has been subjected too many criticisms in spite of being a very strong offering on paper. The device doesn’t work efficiently at 4G LTE connectivity. The battery drains out rather quickly with that. So Microsoft has rolled out the new Windows 10 Mobile OS and is expected to help fix those issues.

Many users have complained that their devices have a trouble during Skype calling as the users were unable to make Skype calls in a proper manner. In addition, the Skype bug not only has the calls drop randomly, contact images also disappear from time to time, notes the Marshal Town.

Thus with the new Windows 10 Mobile OS update, all these reported bugs and issues are to be resolved for the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL.
