Miami Heat will take on the Toronto Raptors in their NBA Play-Offs campaign on Thursday, May 3, at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, starting 8 pm ET.
As per the official Raptors’ team notes, the Raptors host the Miami Heat in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals at Air Canada Centre. The Raptors are 4-5 in the second game of a playoff series, with a 3-1 record when playing Game 2 at home. Toronto has not dropped consecutive games to Miami since 2014.
Kyle Lowry has been struggling with his form in the recent past and the Raptors now want him to deliver. “I know the pressure I put on myself. I know we won’t advance if I don’t play better,” Lowry said Wednesday. “I have to play better for us to be a good team and win games.”
“I’ve had a few struggles like this in my NBA career, but nothing this big,” Lowry said. “What makes it worse is that it’s the playoffs.”
As per the official NBA reports, Dragic and Dwyane Wade were particularly impressive in “Miami’s 102-96 overtime victory” on Tuesday night in the series opener.
“Goran just wants to win,” Wade said. “That’s all he talked about, was getting back to the playoffs and feeling how it feels to be a part of winning. Right now he’s in a good offensive groove for us, but he’s always going to do what it takes to win and that’s all we care about.”
