But wait! Turns out her first look was more of a modish coat, as immediately after Kloss was seen on the red carpet wearing a totally appealing silhouette reported People.

Continuing in same white hue, Kloss’s second look witnessed a choker neckline teamed up with plunging cutouts on both the sides and at the cleavage, too. She chose a neutral hairstyle for her three changeovers and sported a chic back up-do.

Following the starry do which also featured grand performances by the Weeknd, it was time for the after-party. Kloss took to Snapchat to narrate the post-Met Gala fun and cleared up to fans that a stain on her skirt caused Maxwell to resort to a pair of scissors and snapping it into a mini dress!

“Soooo… instead of changing into a #MetGala Afterparty dress, @BrandonMaxwell cut my gown into mini,” the former VS Angel captioned a video and posted on Instagram. “We’re drinking and we’re cutting,” Maxwell stated in the video clip with Kloss acting in response, “This is a bad idea.”

While Maxwell is the mastermind behind these three striking designs,  Kloss’ stylist Karla Welch is the one who organized this teamwork. “Brandon’s interesting because he cuts on the body,” Welch clarified to Vanity Fair about her client’s dress.

“Karlie went in, and he put it on the body, and he literally just took the scissors to it,” she said. Welch also added that they actually planned out their idea via Skype and Facetime, considering this year’s “Met Gala: Fashion In An Age Of Technology.”

We hope to see more unique fashion-inspired moments from this event this year.
