So how did she manage to lose her weight? The secret to her weight loss is very simple and something all of us can do—simply stop worrying. “I truly stopped worrying about it. I think there’s something to kinda loosening up and not being so nervous and rigid about it that, bizarrely, has worked,” she told Life & Style. The magazine further reports that the star followed a high protein diet that boosts metabolism and energy as well as enhances satiety, which has proved effective for her.

The actress showed off the new slim body in a pale pink shirt and shiny black pants at the 40th Annual People’s Choice Awards, where she received an award for the Favourite Comedic Movie Actress. Hollywood take reports that the “Mike and Molly” star had worn the outfit from her own collection. She has launched a clothing line that offers clothes across a wide range of sizes. “I’ve been every size under the rainbow, and my sense of style never left me, but my options did,” she told People.com. “I created a fashion line that is for all sizes,” she signed off.
