Meghan Trainor is currently in Australia to promote her new album “Thank You.” So is her glam squad who is following her and filming her around. Is there a concert movie in production?

Trainor is currently in Australia to promote her new album “Thank You.” Trainor, who normally travels by herself, is joined by her brother this time. Her brother, Ryan, will film the singer’s life for her. Though a concert movie is not in the works, she just wants to document her travels.

According to Daily Mail, Trainor’s personal assistant too has joined her and Ryan in Australia. Termed as the glam squad, the small entourage will be with her in Australia. “My brother doesn’t usually come on these trips but he’s filming my life for me just in case, I feel like it is important,” said Trainor.

Daily Telegraph states that even though she is not actively hunting for roles, films might be on the Grammy winner’s mind. “I would love to act,” she said. “I want to so bad. I’ve never had a lesson in my life but I’ve done a few things on the camera and it is just like shooting a music video,” she said. “I wish but my management, I’m like, let’s hook it up, I wanna do movies, when can we do it? Maybe after this album or the third album,” she added.

Meghan Trainor also took time to clarify about the recent photoshop incident that shocked her fans. According to USA Today, shortly after dropping her “Me Too” video, Trainor started seeing images and screenshots featuring her with a tiny waist on social media.

“I saw fans posting it and was like, ‘Why are fans ruining my waist? Are you kidding?’” said Trainor, when the images were out. “Then I went to the video and was like, ‘Oh my god.’ I texted the editors like, ‘I never asked you to touch my waist. I want my waist back,’” she added.

While in Sydney, she clarified her stand on the incident saying, “I had to speak about it because I didn’t want people thinking I Photoshopped it myself,” she revealed. “I didn’t want people to think I go against my word. I had nothing to do with it. It was a mistake and I’m embarrassed about it,” she added.
