Marvel Developing New TV Series, Reports Suggest

Marvel may be developing a new TV series, reports suggest.

In an interview with Comic Book, Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb said they might be producing up to 10 TV adaptations. “It never stops. We have…nine or ten shows that are going,” Loeb said. “It’s about telling stories. [It’s about] making sure we are telling the best stories that we can.”

According to Movie Pilot, this might mean that we could expect four more shows from Marvel. Currently, we already have six, including “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” “Luke Cage,” and “Jessica Jones.” Which other Marvel heroes could we expect on TV? Below, we round up 7 possible characters that could get their own series in the future.

Most Wanted/Damage Control
According to Movie Pilot, a pilot has already been ordered for this “Agents” spin-off. If green-lighted, this series would follow Bobbi and Hunter as they try to “clear their name.”

Squirrel Girl
This character is the nanny of Jessica Jones’ daughter. Could a spin-off of the Netflix show be in the works? In a separate report, Movie Pilot speculates that “Squirrel Girl” could prove to be a hit comedy show for Marvel.

Moon Knight
“Moon Knight” has been known as “Marvel’s Batman.” Could Marvel try to beat “Gotham” with “Moon Knight?”

The Runaways
What could be more awesome than a group of teens trying to stop their criminal parents?

A show about a “formidable” vampire killer could make for another hit too.

Could Daredevil’s “complete bad-ass” love get her own spin-off? Movie Pilot sure hopes so.

Ms. Marvel/Kamala Khan
Movie Pilot calls this possible show a “no-brainer.” Ms. Marvel has emerged as “one of the most successful new characters in Marvel.” She is also “one of the few Muslim superheroes.” How awesome would a show about her be?
