Apple and Microsoft are two of the biggest companies when it comes to making high-quality devices. The former will be releasing the MacBook Pro 2016 while the latter is about to unveil the Surface Pro 5. Which one is better?

There is an ongoing rumor that the Cupertino-based company will have major tweaks for the upcoming device. On the other hand, the Redmond-based tech giant might opt for slight changes only.

Tech-savvy individuals are expecting the MacBook Pro 2016 to be out before the year ends. Meanwhile, the Surface Pro 5 might be available early next year.

You might be contemplating right at this moment which would be a better product. Of course some are expecting that the price for Apple’s upcoming product will be relatively high compared to the other.

Before anything else, readers might want to take a look at the specs and features that the devices has to offer. Let’s start with the MacBook Pro 2016.

According to The Country Caller, the hybrid laptop will have a new fingerprint scanner, a Touch ID and a more sleek design. There are also improvements on its keyboard.

Additionally, the internal specification contains an Intel Skylake processor. Apple’s newest operating system, MacOS Sierra, would run the device.

As for the design,  it might sport an OLED display screen with a resolution of 2304 x 1440 with 5k video technology support. The price for a 13-inch and 15-inch device will be about $1,099 and $ 2,099, respectively.

On the other hand, Surface Pro 5 might feature a charging dock for its Surface pen. It could also feature USB Type-C port for fast charging.

More that that, Intel’s latest Kaby Lake processor will be its internal specs. Meanwhile, Microsoft’s latest OS, the Windows 10 Redstone 2, might be on the device.

Furthermore, it could have a resolution of 3840 X 2160 pixels and microSD slot for memory expansion. The public is also expecting that the Surface Pro 5 will have two display screen resolutions, namely, 4k and 2k.

As for the price, Microsoft’s upcoming device might be available for $900-2,000, depending on the specs. PC Advisor reported that the price would not be far from that of its predecessor.
