Avid gamers who often want more from the MacBook Pro series may have their wishes granted with the up-coming 2016 offering from Apple. Speculations are rife that the MacBook Pro 2016 may come embedded with a new Nvidia GPU.
As reported by Geeky Gadgets, Nvidia has announced a new graphic card – GeForce GTX 950 with 2GB RAM which comes with a price tag of $159. Chances are the new line-up of Pro 2016 by Apple will arrive equipped with the graphic card in question. The rumor could likely be true given that the current Apple already features Nvidia graphic cards.
Yibada has shared that the card also features a GameStream co-op which enables the gamer to load the game on the web and stream the same to friends.
The speculations have also been flowing in for the MacBook Air 2016 which is expected to arrive with Force Touch among other latest features. The laptop is also expected to feature Touch ID, USB Type-C and is rumored to be much sleeker.
As noted by Yibada, the MacBook Air 2016 will be powered by Intel Skylake-U chipset and may come running on the OS X El Capitan. There will be no surprises if both the 13-inch and 15-inch variants are announced. The MacBook Pro 2016 could also jump in the scene with quite similar specs, but will have a more powerful RAM.
Based on earlier reports, Apple fans are expecting the official announcements about the MacBooks sometime soon. Apple MacBook Pro 2016 and Air 2016 release dates and pricing are not yet confirmed. There could be a possibility of the offerings being revealed during the Cupertino company’s September event. Fans should keep coming back for further updates.
