Things are already quite hot in the popular reality dating show “Love Island”. However, things will only heat up further with the arrival of two new faces at the infamous villa. What should the show’s devoted fans expect from these new arrivals?

Adam Jukes and Katie Salmon are this villas’s new housemates. They arrived on the Island over the weekend to much fanfare. Will the two new arrivals find love at the villa? Or will they also stir up trouble for the original contestants? Only time can tell. Some fans think Salmon’s already up to a great start.

Lots of stunning women have already come and gone on the Island but none hit it off with another female contestant as well as new arrival Salmon did with Sophie Gradon. Will love and romance really be on the horizon for the two housemates?  Will they really hook up and make up Love Island’s first same sex couple?

Gradon did declare herself a “free agent” recently, following Tom Powell’s shocking exit from the villa. Will Salmon really be her next conquest? Digital Spy thinks it’s highly likely. They’ve even begun flirting already. Salmon called Gradon “so stunning.” The new arrival also complimented her “big aura.” She further pointed out how “cute” Gradon’s dimples are.

For her part, Gradon described Salmon as “an angel sent into the villa at a time that I’m at my lowest ebb.” She had also asked Salmon where she stood with her. The new housemate relented and said Gradon’s also the person she feels most strongly about. “There is definitely a giddy feeling there between us; I think we both definitely got that,” Salmon explained. “We both got on so well… there’s a sexual attraction as well. We both definitely fancy each other. We also both said that we are each other’s type.”

Welcome to the villa Katie! #LoveIsland

Not all fans are convinced, though. According to Mirror UK, some viewers dismissed the pairing right off the bat. They also think producers are trying too hard to get the two women to hook up.

“Love Island” continues this week on ITV2.
