Nike is ready to release the brand new edition of its Lebron James sneakers called Lebron 13 in October.
According to Bleacher Report, Nike will be launching the shoes in two colorways initially, Berry on October 10 and Red on the 24th respectively. They will be followed by newer colorways gradually as the NBA season progresses, said Cleveland.com.
The 30-year old Cleveland Cavaliers Small Guard has been a brand ambassador of Nike for years now, and seems to be quite a fan of shoes himself. On account of the release of Lebron 13 the big man tweeted ” #LeBron13 and I are Charged Up!! #StriveForGreatness #NikeForLife #Blessed“.
Slam Magazine had James on their cover promoting the new “Berry” pair on his sturdy swift feet. He makes $20-30 million a year with regards from the contract he holds with Nike to endorse the product, as reported by Cleveland.com
As for pictures on the Slam Magazine cover, the new Lebrons look pretty appealing and potential enough to wheedle Nike fans as they come with some new features and upgrades.
According to Sole Collector, the new features include a midfoot posite piece and Dynamic Flywire cables to enhance the comfort and grip. The “Berry” colorway seems quite uncommon and enhance the look of the shoes quite effectively. A stretch fit upper and Hyperposite with body mapping applications are another set of features which seem to make the Lebron 13s worth a buy.
The wonderful quality that Nike delivers along with th popularity and fanbase which Ambassador James can boast of, seem to contribute equally to the increasing sales of these sneakers. Nike reportedly made whooping sales of $340 million with the shoes with the Lebron tag last year.
Eager fans can grab their pair at any Nike store and can expect the same price of $200 like the previous Lebrons as the site reported.
