The former bodyguard of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has refused to be intimidated by the threat of a $30 million lawsuit if he doesn’t shut up.
A TMZ crew caught up with Steve Stanulis and asked him whether the claim of the couple that he broke a confidentiality agreement when he talked to the press, is true.
However, he denied signing any document about keeping the secrets of the couple as he said that facts would have come out during the first story, not three weeks after the fact.
“At the end of the day, all I want is to get paid,” he added.
He explained that he is still owed $1,200 and if Kim Kardashian and Kanye West would have paid the money, the bodyguard would have gone away quietly.
But the gossip website claimed that Kim Kardashian’s bodyguard is partly to blame for his delayed payment as he still had to present the invoice as well as details of his expenses to the security company that hired his services.
An earlier report from TMZ alleged that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian not only want $30 million from the bodyguard, but also for him to retract his statements and issue a public apology.
One of the provisions in the alleged confidentiality agreement was that he would be fined $10 million for each time that he spills secrets involving Kim Kardashian and Kanye West to the press. By the count of the website, the bodyguard already gave interviews to the press three times.

The latest interview would have been the fourth, so that makes it $40 million if the confidentiality agreement is real.
Meanwhile, a statement sent to Daily Mail claimed that the planned lawsuit will serve as a warning to others that the couple “will no longer tolerate the spreading and selling of fake stories” in order to get publicity.
The statement also called Kim Kardashian’s bodyguard as a “sad, parasitic maniac” and vowed to “explore all legal means” so justice be served.
