Kim Kardashian West has lost an admirable 30 pounds of pregnancy weight within a month of giving birth to her baby boy, Saint West and women want to know how. ET Online reports that The “Keeping Up with The Kardashians” star gave birth to baby boy, Saint West in December last year. She disclosed just 10 days later that she had already lost 17 pounds through breastfeeding and a healthy diet.
Gossipcop reports that the reality star has made it her mission to lose all her baby weight. In a series of tweets, Kardashian West has informed her fans and followers that she had gained 60 pounds during her pregnancy and an additional 10 pounds over the past few years. As a result, she intends to shed all that 70 pounds and has 40 more to reach her goal. In a recent tweet, she has promised to “Show u guys my workouts on my app & share my Atkins plans too.” The reality star added that she is “focused” on getting back her former body.
ET Online states that Kim Kardashian West actually enjoys the whole process of getting back in shape. “As much as I really hate the whole feeling of being pregnant, I enjoy the challenge of getting my body back after it’s all over. I feel so accomplished when I’m back to where I want to be,” she has been quoted saying.
So, how did she lose weight so quickly? The lady has teamed up with Atkins and will be following their diet to lose the final 40. According to ET Online, it is the exact same diet Kim used after giving birth to her first child, daughter North. On her choice to go back to Atkins, the celebrity told ET Online, “It works for me! So much variety on #Atkins40 and Harvest Trail Bars = YUM”.
