Khloe Kardashian is noticeably losing weight and gaining more curves these days, thanks to a new diet secret she started following lately — no soda.
According to the reality TV star, she’s cut soda “completely” from her daily diet.
“I’ve made major cutbacks. I used to love soda. So I’ve cut out soda completely and I’ll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day. I just made that like a lifestyle change,” Khloe revealed, notes Pop Sugar.
In an interview with Nova 96.9, the 31-year-old reality star shared more of her weight-loss motivation and healthy lifestyle tips, noting drastic changes are not her thing.
“I’ll do like one thing, like, a month. I’ll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don’t even think about it.”
Khloe stressed, “I think all diets are kind of weird. The word ‘die’ is in it.”
“I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn’t,” she added.
People also noted that Khloe is particularly motivated to gain a curvy body because of her trainer, Gunnar Peterson.
“I’m just obsessed with him. I really am. He has changed my body, but he’s not militant. I’m not paying you to yell at me. I want someone who’s motivating and encouraging, like if they are proud of you for even being there that day,” she said.
“Gunner is, like, really proud and sweet and positive in that way, and also he comes from a place of ‘yes.’ So if I’m like, ‘I want Beyoncé’s booty,’ he’ll say, ‘Okay, we’re gonna do that.’ He’s not like, ‘Well, you can’t because you’re a foot taller than her.’ He just is very positive.”
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star seems to be proud of what she has achieved so far. She regularly shares her workout sessions on the photo-sharing app, Instagram. And with how her sexy body looks now, I’m pretty sure more people will be dumping soda for water.
