Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman Carpool Karaoke Version Is Weird Yet Sweet! [WATCH]

Keith Urban and wife Nicole Kidman prove their love is still sweet with a weird carpool karaoke-inspired ride.

The superstar couple hopped into the family car to render their own lip sync version of Urban’s new song, “The Fighter,” Mail Online reported. Kidman looked stunning sans makeup, so it appeared to be a spur of the moment idea. Moreover, their lovable repartee made the whole video funny and enjoyable to watch.

“Oh my god, I love this song!” Kidman yelled the moment the music came on. Urban was thankful she did as he looked lovingly at her. The country music star proceeded to serenade the Academy Award winner. The apparent amateur video had its quirks like the minor technical glitch at the 15-second mark, Today remarked. However, it merely added to the charm of the entire two-minute sing-along.

The couple is visibly “very much in love” after nearly 10 years of marriage, Us Weekly noted. Kidman still looked utterly smitten by her husband as he sang to her the words “you’re beautiful” repeatedly. Their weird yet sweet carpool karaoke version ended with laughs and a tender embrace.

Their plans to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary on June 25 almost didn’t push through as Urban is going to be in Boston for his tour. However, his loving wife volunteered to come with him and celebrate it there.

“The tour was laid out. And I said, ‘You know, I can’t work on our anniversary and Nic said, ‘What if I come up to Boston and we’ll celebrate it together?’ And I said, ‘Fantastic.’ So that’s what we decided to do,” Urban revealed on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” last Thursday.

“The Fighter” is one of the tracks on Keith Urban’s latest album, “Ripcord.” It’s his collaboration with “American Idol” alum Carrie Underwood and a follow up to their incredible duet on the season finale.
