The Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, and Selena Gomez love triangle has reportedly taken a toll because the “Roar” singer allegedly split up with her beau. And now, “Twilight” actor Robert Pattinson helps his friend.

“Katy reached out to Rob and he’s been giving her a ton of support,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “Rob knew how much Orlando meant to Katy. He basically just let Katy know that he’s there for her anytime she needs to talk.”

The buzz about Gomez and Bloom cheating scandal has been on website tabloids for quite some time after the two were seen leaving Light Nightclub on May 6, based on another Hollywood Life article dated May 14. But, amidst breakup rumours, Perry showed support to Bloom by tweeting “Instead of giving energy & eyeballs to dumb conspiracy.”

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom were seen during the Coachella Music and Arts Festival and it appears that the couple is going strong. The fans are furious about the news and they cannot seem to contain their disappointment when the alleged cheating occurred.

According to Cosmopolitan, the pair has been talking about the reported intimate moments that her boyfriend and Gomez shared. “Katy has spoken to Orlando since all these pictures surfaced. They speak every day. They are still together and have no issues with each other,” the insider revealed.

“They communicate well about everything. Orlando explained everything to Katy, and Katy didn’t look too much into the matter anyway,” the source continued. On the contrary, Huffington Post believes that Katy Perry was hurt about the cheating scandal as she shared a cryptic post on Twitter:

The website thinks that this is relevant to the love triangle drama as it goes with the lyrics like:

“Head over heels in love, with the most wonderful boy in the world / We would take long walks by the river or just sit for hours gazing into each other’s eyes / We were so very much in love / Then one day he went away and I thought I’d die, but I didn’t / and when I didn’t, I said to myself, Is that all there is to love?”
