Justin Bieber teases his new album title and it will be “Purpose.”
The 21-year-old singer posted on his Instagram and Twitter accounts three images that showed the word “Purpose” and hashtag “#6weeks” written in a black background. The photo caption also indicated “#nov13.”
Earlier last month, Justin confirmed on “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon” that he will release his fourth album on November 13, 2015.
The Canadian singer released his album lead track “What Do You Mean?” on August 28 and then sung the single live at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards two days later, where he broke down in tears onstage at the end of his set.
According to Inquisitr, “What Do You Mean” broke Spotify and iTunes records, and has been at the No. 1 spot in Australia and U.K.’s single charts. It added that the song debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 chart and is still the No. 1 song worldwide 34 days after it was released.
Bieber’s Snapchat video suggested that the boy band should be nervous to have the same release date of their album “Made In The A.M” as his. He then showed a hilarious expression and said “The face you make when you come out with an album the same day as Justin Bieber.”
Louis Tomlinson fired back on Justin and posted his own Snapchat saying, “That face you pull when you’re playing the last night at the O2,” and closing with a similar face to Justin.
According to HollywoodLife, in a recent interview with Australia media, Bieber said: “It doesn’t bother me … I’m excited. Honestly, Niall (Horan) is one of my good friends. I look forward to listening to their album, too.”
A source said “Harry and the rest of the guys, including Niall, get along with Justin. They saw his Snapchat video about his album release date and they think it’s funny. It’s kind of like an inside joke they have will continue to play off each other. The guys don’t take it as a diss.”
