Canadian pop star Justin Bieber is known for having notable bad moments whenever he lost his temper, yelled at fans or walked out from interviews. After what happened in the UFC 193, Bieber is reported to diss MMA fighter Ronda Rousey.
Page Six wrote that Justin Bieber was interviewed on a yet-to-be-aired episode of “Entertainment Tonight.” During the interview, host Elvin Duran asked the pop star what he wanted to try aside from making music.
“I would like to get better at boxing . . . Did you see Ronda Rousey? She got knocked out cold! Oh my God, she got knocked out so bad. Yeah no, she got pummeled,” Bieber told Duran.
Last weekend, MMA superstar Ronda Rousey was knocked out by boxing champion Holly Holms. Rousey failed to defend her Bantamweight title in the UFC 193 held in Melbourne.
The site mentioned that Bieber “took a different tack” because earlier in the interview, he apologised to the MMA fighter over an issue involving Rousey’s sister.
Bieber tried to recall the issue and said, “I guess, supposedly, she asked for a picture with her sister or something, and I guess I said no?”
“But I don’t remember this happening so, Ronda, I’m sorry. Don’t kick my ass!,” the pop star added.
Last October, Rousey shared her encounter with Justin Bieber in her interview with Cosmopolitan.com. She said that her sister wanted to have a photo-op with Justin Bieber during the Cannes Film Fest. They approached Bieber but the the pop star rejected her sister’s request saying he already had a “billion” photo requests.
After her experience, Rousey said, “I don’t think I’d want to hang out with him. I’m not a Belieber. I was, but I’m not anymore.”
Do you think Rousey will still accept Justin Bieber’s “sorry” after he dissed her?
The said interview will be aired on “Entertainment Tonight” on Wednesday.
