John Legend, Chrissy Teigen Daughter’s 1st Photo: Baby Looks Like John?

John Legend

Just last Sunday, singer-songwriter John Legend and his model wife Chrissy Teigen had announced the birth of their first child, a daughter, whom they named Luna Simone Stephens. Obviously, fans and social media were immediately interested in having a peek at the tiny tot. Now, John Legend has revealed baby Luna to the world via Instagram and she is extremely adorable and beautiful like her good-looking parents. She looks like a perfect blend of her celebrity mother and father.

Just recently, mom Chrissy Teigen did share a picture of herself with her cute daughter on her Instagram with the words “hi my lulu!” and it was a lovely, warm moment, but the baby’s face wasn’t visible. Now, for the first time, we can see little Luna’s lovely face as she lies staring at her mother. She has dark hair, big brown eyes and looks content laying on the white baby cloth on her mother’s lap.

As per Hollywood Life, her straight hair comes from her half-Thai actress mother but her nose and mouth are like her musician father. However, she’s just a week old and her looks will change. It’ll be a long time before we find out which of her parents she resembles the most. That won’t stop people from speculating, though. For the time being, the couple is overjoyed and extremely happy to finally have a child they wanted for so long but were unable to due to some complications.

E! News claims to have heard from a source that “John and Chrissy are in such a joyful place with their healthy baby girl Luna. They are surrounded by family and close friends. Chrissy and John can’t stop gushing over Luna. She is perfect!”

Chrissy Teigen had said that they specifically wanted a girl child and chose her sex during the embryo stage. “I’ve made this decision,” Teigen had said. “Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, ‘Let’s put in the girl.’”

They’re happy and that’s what matters for now. God bless little Luna!
