Even as the mystery of UFO is yet to be convincingly explained, there is enigma over a creepy jellyfish spotted by a team of scientists in the deep belly of the Pacific Ocean, with features of a radiant flying saucer or a chiming UFO.

Captured for the first time in a robotic camera, 12,000 feet under the Pacific Ocean between the Philippines and southern Japan, the jellyfish was spotted by the scientists from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the United States.

Their team was roaming near the Mariana Trench on April 24 when the object appeared in the video.

According to a report in the Mirror, the scientists have nicknamed the jellyfish as ‘Microsoft Paint.”

They were amazed at its spectacular red and yellow stripes that were glowing in the bulbous body. They asserted that the red wings could be the creatures’ reproductive organs.

“Its morphology is quite different from other seamounts in the region, which generally have a flat top with steep, smooth sides radiating out into narrow ridges,” they wrote in a daily log of the expedition. Researchers said the unnamed jellyfish could belong to the genus Crossata, according to Value Walk report.

Though the UFO-like jellyfish has been simplified to a mere underwater creature, when correlated with reports of UFOs sightings and their submergence into the oceans. New possibilities on this jellyfish-like creature can be in a debate.

It may be recalled that UFO sightings off the Palos Verdes peninsula were reportedly about the UFOs travelling under water. In the book “Alien Magic”, there are questions raised: “What secrets lurk in ocean depths? Are there alien forms of intelligent life that occupy the vast volumes of water that constitute our oceans, seas, and lakes?

It also asks the question, whether the Pacific Ocean, which covers 64,000,000 square miles and a ray of sunlight never reaches in its deepest depths, could not be a base for alien submarine creatures?.

Many instances of underwater UFOs sighted and lifting out of submerged depths and taking to the air are giving credence to such interpretations.

Hinting at the possible underwater UFO connection, “UFOs – at 450 Fathoms,” UFO Reporter Ed Hyde also notes the sighting made by R. J. Villela, a Brazilian scientist, who was witness to a UFO smashing through an estimated 40 feet of ice at the South Pole and soaring to the sky at amazing speeds, reports Evidence.
