The official word is out! The invites have been sent out for Apple’s event happening on September 9, where eagerly awaiting eyes may witness the arrival of iPhone 7. Then of course, chances are fans may see the launch of some other products from the Cupertino tech-giant, as is the norm.
As reported by News.com.au, the Apple event will be held in the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, San Francisco on September 9. Apple events are usually known to happen at the Yerba Buena Centre, San Francisco. The new venue can hold a much larger audience, this clearly conveys that Apple just amped up the grand size of the event.
The site mentions that the invite comes with the statement,“Hey Siri, give us a hint.” Apple fans should give this a try on their devices to see how Siri responds.
Apple had previously shared its intentions to expand what Siri can do for users in the upcoming OS, as noted by The Australian. The statement on the invite could be a clear hint as to what many may witness on the D-day.
Siri doesn’t help much with decoding the hint, though. A number of answers received when questioned about the event on September 9 include “a big announcement,” or “Well, I hear there’s something big happening on September 9.” Expect such vague responses from Siri when inquiring about the event.
As tradition, rumors and speculations pick pace as the event comes closer and this time has been no different. Fans have probably heard all about what many are expecting from the new Apple offering.
The low-down so far includes an A9 chip, 12Mp camera with 5-element lenses, force touch technology, 7000 series aluminum for durability and to avoid the bendgate scenario. iPhone 7 is also expected to be arriving in a completely new color, the rose-gold as seen on the Apple Watch.
Whether all dreams will come true remains to be seen and hopefully, September 9 will bring all the answers many are looking for.
