The jungle is going to get a super glam makeover when supermodel Miranda Kerr makes an appearance. The former Victoria’s Secret model is set to play the fairy godmother and bestow gifts to the participants. In fact, even Julia Morris has confirmed about Miranda’s date with “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!”
Fans of the show went dizzy after the model tweeted about her entering the jungle.
When contacted, a Network Ten spokesperson explained that Miranda Kerr would indeed be making a surprise appearance on the show on Sunday.
However, here is the catch. News.com.au reveals that Kerr will make an ‘appearance’ on the show and not ‘visit’ the jungle. What it means is that she will not be physically present in the South African jungle.
She will join the participants, including Shane Warne, via a video message. Also, products from her company, Kora Organics, will be delivered to the participants.
Daily Mail notes that Kerr’s video pop-up and her Kora gifts come at the right time. This is because the celebrities have been in the jungle for three weeks without their usual home comforts and luxuries.
However, not everyone will be lucky to get the Kora gifts. Celebrities will have to compete in two teams for the “battle of the ages.” This means that the oldest team members will be pitted against the youngest for a two-minute performance. It is only the winning team that will get the Kora gifts from the supermodel, reveals Gold Coast Bulletin.
Network Ten’s Season 2 of “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!” has seen an increase in its popularity ever since the show debuted on television this year. The show has been in news for its casting coup, when Shane Warne joined as one of the participants. In its latest episode, the cricketing legend was seen bitten on the head by snakes.
