Huawei watch, which was released in 2015 remains the best pick of the Android Wear world to date. The good news is the Chinese multinational networking company has decided to offer a $200 discount for a limited period.

There are a variety of configurations available in the Huawei watch series ranging from $350 to $800. With the recent slew of offers, the rose gold-plated stainless steel model attached to a brown suture leather strap is now offered at a massive $200 discount, notes Phone Arena. On the other hand, the stainless steel version of the Huawei watch which has a black suture leather strap is now retailed at a price cut of $100, thus bringing its price down to $249.99. While the rose gold model looks extravagant, the stainless steel version lacks adequate external appeal but shares similar internal hardware like its counterpart.

The Huawei watch epitomizes a classy design with a lot of options. Made out of 316L cold-forged stainless steel, two-layer of sapphire crystal display and scratch-resistant display, the striking piece offers both stainless steel and leather options for its strap.

With a 1.4-inch AMOLED display, the screen offers a resolution of 400×400 pixel density. Additionally, the sharpness in its display is determined by the screen’s 286 pixels per density. Other features include a 512MB of RAM, 300mAh battery and 4GB of ROM.

The watch is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that determines its performance. The battery power ensures a consistent boost to the watch for two days, provided that the Always On display is turned off. The biggest advantage is that the watch can be quickly charged up to 100 percent in just 75 minutes and up to 80 percent in 45 minutes.

Digital Trends points out other features, such as Android software for the watch along with support for notifications. Being equipped with a six-axis motion sensor and a barometric sensor, the watch can help you monitor your heart rate as well. Also, read this news on improved designs and specs of Huawei P9.
