Huawei Mate 9 Lite is now joining the three Mate 9 designs that the company had launched recently.
The Chinese tech company previously dropped the regular Mate 9, Mate 9 Porsche Design and the Mate 9 Pro. The fourth design, Huawei Mate 9 Lite, was quietly unveiled at the Huawei website over the weekend. However, the company has yet to release information on its availability and price.
Based on its name, the Mate 9 Lite is most likely going to be the lowest priced among its group. This may also mean that it has the least features, the International Business Times noted.
Here are the features of Huawei Mate 9 Lite.
The Huawei Mate 9 Lite has dual-lens camera with a 12 MP rear camera and 8MP front camera. However, it falls short to Mate 9’s 20MP and 12MP camera features.
The Mate 9 Lite is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 655 octa-core processor. It is also supported by Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with Huawei’s EMUI 4.1, Huawei website noted.
It is also available in two storage options – 32 GB storage memory with 3 GB RAM. However, it doesn’t have an expandable external microSD memory slot.
The phone comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels.
It also boasts of a fingerprint sensor. It also has other sensors such as Compass Magnetometer, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient Light and Gyroscope.
The Huawei Mate 9 Lite also has a dual SIM feature that accepts Nano-SIM and Micro-SIM. Connectivity options: Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G and 4G are all available.
Moreover, this Mate 9 Lite version is powered by a 3340 mAh non-removable battery. This cutting-edge slim design measures 150.90 x 76.20 x 8.20 and weighs 162 grams.
